Yes I have another sim with the skin i want, tried changing the appearance, used simpe .32, have university, and only the skintone is copied :!:

And nothing happens,Anyone Know How To Change The Skin Of An Existing Sim :?:

UPDATE:Well I Couldn't tell between the white and medium skin
So this question is done

Did you save your Neighborhood File after you used Sims Surgery?

I Even Commited And Saved
The Clothes And Facial Features Went But It Appears The Skin Stayed
