| Well like I said, when I cloned the Soma bed it worked fine. I have the animations and all the bedding options of all the beds.
I think I read somewhere that all the double beds refer to the Colonial bed for their bedding, so I think maybe if you make your new bed from a slone of the colonial bed it ends up just referring to itself? |

| It didn't replace the Soma bed? Is that bed still in your game? Because I had the options working until I changed the GUID. But the Colonial Bed wasn't in game.
hmmm |

| Alright Thank you so much! I am so happy, it worked for me too. Apparently the Colonial Bed just isn't the bed to clone haha. I'm so happy! :D
Now about comfort |

| :? This problem is back for me. Now I have a chess table with a new mesh that I like. I used the above method for importing it and everything is fine; the animations work. But during placing the object in the room and during the animations in the game (when by sims lift the board to take out the pieces) the color of the table shoots out all over the screen.
I've been going over the instructions and doing everything over and over for a couple of days now and I keep getting the same result. Does anyone have any idea what I could be doing wrong?
Thanks |

| I haven't messed with the chess table.
Did you try cloning the other one?
Have you tried making a twin bed? I"m having serious issues with that as well.
First I cloned the Loft (Funky Canopy) one, thinking that the Colonial would probably be the matress references. So the bed worked without design mode, and I realized that it must be the twin matress reference. So I went back and cloned the Colonial Twin, when I went to import my frame, I had a double bed. So I tried a cheap twin, same results. I get the double colonial bed. Now I know this is due to the material reference, so the only solution is to clone the loft bed, However, I don't know how to keep the material references to the global bedding retained if I do that. :/ |

| Grrr. Just when you think you've got things solved. I haven't tried the single bed yet. I hope you let me know what you figure out. Good luck with it. |
