I downloaded SimPe today, and I was going to try the tutorial, Unimesh 1 - New Mesh Basics.  Everything is fine until I get to Part 3, 3 - running the PJSE Mesh Tool.  I go exactly where the author says and follow their instruction exactly, but instead of working nicely, a box comes up saying 'unable to start toolplugin', and it doesn't bring up anything.

I don't know what's wrong, and I am sure that someone probably has come across this before, but I really did not want to go digging through 54 pages of forum posts to find the one that matched mine.  Call me lazy, I know, but ew for that kind of headache : P  Thanks ahead of time, for anyone who can help!

That means something bad happened.  Can you give the full details of the message?  (There's a "details" link that should enlarge the window, else just drag it out so you can see the full text.)

Okay, I did it again, and instead of expanding and showing me text when I clicked 'details', the details option just disappeared ...  I tried it a few times, and it said the same thing.  I guess that doesn't help much : (  Should I uninstall it and install it again?

Like I said, if the details link doesn't expand the window, just drag it.

The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\Amanda\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Projects\mesh1\mesh1.package' because it is being used by another process.
That means you've got another process accessing that package.  Is the game running whilst you're trying this?
