| There has always been something about Bon Voyage that irked me. When you go to Takemizu village, NONE of the NPCs are asian! I understand some of them could be immigrants or whatnot, but I've always wanted to change them. I thought of using the Sim surgery on simPE I wanted to make sure that this was safe before I went and changed them thus causing the game to create a great firey ball from space and crash everything. |

| The game doesn't care what sims look like or what their names are. The fact that they age transition into the silliest outfits available and any child you adopt is going to come with a really stupid name is just Murphy's law. The game identifies them with a number. Sim Surgery doesn't touch that number, so if all you are planning to do is give them a much more appropriate appearance it -should- be safe. (Backups are advised anyway, just because any time you adjust your neighborhood something can go wrong and backups are handy. Sim Surgery has the added (unlikely) danger of accidentally doing the surgery on the wrong sim, in which case the only fix is to restore the backup and try again. :) ) |
