There is a thread at Mod The Sims discussing various ways to get the tools and utilities that were written for Windows to work for your Mac. For your convenience, I am linking the thread here. http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=366580   One of these methods should be helpful for using SimPE since there is not likely to be a Mac version unless someone wants to take over the development of it.
