the message pops up when ever i try to open up a file in the PJSE tool/extracting stage. here's the message

 

Unable to start toolplugin

 

does anyone know how i can fix this?

Did you try running a system check?

 

You could also try reinstalling it, especially if you installed it into an old SimPE folder. You need to have a clean installation.

yeah i tried doing both of those, but it still didn't work i'll give it another go today though and i'll get back to you.
