First, has it -ever- worked? If so, what changed?
If it has never worked, did you make sure that you have everything that is required, and did you make sure to install it into a brand new folder?
Try making sure that it is not automatically reading your downloads, as a corrupt download will ccause trouble, too. It shouldn't be set to read Downloads, but there is the option to add the Downloads folder to the file path. Since you can't check to see if you enabled it, temporarily moving the Downloads folder will prevent it from reading it.
And remember it takes several minutes for it to fully load. Don't give up too soon. (And don't worry about it giving "Not Responding" messages. It does that because it's too busy to respond. This is also normal.)
