| In all honesty, we might as well wait until the celebration stuff pack is released before another update seeing that the stuff pack is going to be release very soon (April 4th I think?) |

If it worked, you should see the Seasons Path in Extra->Preferences and have the Seasons Checkbox on the FileTable Tab. OW will then start loading Seasons Objects too. <!-- Information about Seasons --> <key name="Seasons"> <int name="Version">8</int> <string name="RegKey">Software\EA Games\The Sims 2 Seasons</string> <int name="Flag">13</int> <string name="ExeName">Sims2EP5.exe</string> <string name="Censor">quaxi_pets_censor_v1.package</string> <int name="Group">1</int> </key> This almost worked for me, however the "RegKey" should use two slashes instead of one I believe. "Software\\EA Games\\The Sims 2 Seasons" Also I added the following to folders.xreg <path root="ep5" version="8">TSData\Res\Objects</path> <path root="ep5">TSData\Res\3D</path> <path root="ep5">TSData\Res\Catalog\Materials</path> <path root="ep5">TSData\Res\Catalog\Skins</path> <path root="ep5">TSData\Res\Catalog\Patterns</path> <path root="ep5">TSData\Res\Catalog\CANHObjects</path> <path root="ep5">TSData\Res\Wants</path> <path root="ep5">TSData\Res\UI</path> Once I did that the Object Workshop started to work again as well. The only thing I've come across so far that doesn't work is the Memories/Badges plugin. If you want to open the Riverblossom Hills or w/e the new town is, just open "My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods\G001\G001_Neighborhood.package" instead of using the Neighborhood Browser. |

| Could someone please upload an updated version of that file, or tell me a program that will let me edit that file? I have tried but i can't seem to find anything that will let me open it.

| Ok. I managed to edit the file, and sim PE reads seasons, but only mentions EP 5, not the word seasons anywhere, and NOTHING appears in onject workshop. I'm stumped. Could someone please copy the entire file as typed in notepad here? Thanks in advance!

| Sorry for my interruption: Can there be a preset load-up setting in the preferences, so users can set what components to load...? Say, I don't use the Career blah blah blah or the PhotoStudio blah blah blah (I'm unsure of their actual names :P) or skin workshop or neighbourhood browser, I can disable them from loading in the prefernce settings... So, there can be some check boxes to turn on or off the above instances and settings to read meshes & textures (so, coders need no hassle for loading meshes and textrures they're not gonna work on), settings to read codes (for those times when meshes and textures only matter). Or if I missed those settings, please direct me to do so. :) Thanks in advance regardless your decision. |

| Help!! I followed all, changed the expansions.reg, changed the folders, but I can't see season either in the preferences nor in the filetable. I don't know, what I made wrong???? Edit: I found it out, but it was a very hard job for my little English. |
