Alright, so before I do all this, I wil of course, back it up. I am using SimPE version 0.72.1.33855. Back when I first got the game and didn't care much for the storyline, I killed Don Lothario and deleted his grave, not knowing I would have a little problem with character data now. So I want to bring him back, because I really like the storyline. I have Don ready to download from the Exchange just as he is when the game starts (as soon as I get University, I'm getting it for Christmas), but here comes the question. I used Rodney's Death Creator to kill Don when I first started playing. I killed him by lightning, so my Don's skin is, of course, burnt. When I move the character data that is needed from the clone to the real Don ( I know how to do this), will this cause any problems and if so, are there any ways to get around them or change Don's skin back to normal with SimPE?

I know that there was an item by Christianlov that you could use to change skintones to any of the ones that were in the device, along with a tutorial on how to add more. So changing skintones is possible. Removing "burnt" usually is done with a shower, but if that doesn't work you can try Christianlov's skintone changer to put him right.

Well, I can't get to him in game to shower, so do you know of anything else I can do that hopefully doesn't involve mods? Do you know if putting his character data back will cause any issues, since they are the same sim?

There -should- be no problem in putting the character data for the same sim back in the game. Of course, things can go wrong, so be sure to have a good backup of the neighborhood first.

Yep, I was planning to make a backup first. Thanks!
