| Is it possible to add a way to tell which game pack an object came in in SimPe? That way to make it easier to know what EP pack an object mesh requires. |

| Simply make all objects.package files in Extra->PReferences...->FileTable mandatory (select them, hit edit, and set the version to all) then restart SimPE.
When using OW, you will notica a drop down on the lower border of the objetc Preview that will state the EP the object was first introduced with.
BUT haviung all objects.packages allways loading will slow down SimPE noticable!

| You can't go by what it shows though. Because if Maxis changed that object after the original pack it was introduced in, then it could/would require a newer pack when it was originally introduced in. |

| Numenor showed a way to switch back your game to work without EPs, sou you can be sure, a cloned object works with the base game only. Theres a thread about that on www.modthesims2.com.I guess there are objects-lists regardings EPs out there, maybe you have to google a little. |
