I probably should not have started this at 4AM but I did a clean install of Sims 2 and reinstalled SimPE. However I had some issues figuring out how to use 7z file manager so it took awhile. The first time around my package files were associated with simPE but I know I did something wrong and they are white files.

I have Vista 64bit and tried choosing the program to open the files but it will not let me. Can I install on top of this or do I need to start over? Is there some way to fix this? I can open the files from SimPE but I am afraid I may delete something if they are all white files with no S on them.

ETA: I do miss the shiny layout however :(
