How do I change the days that the sims age? For example, I'd like my sims to be toddlers for 4 days, teens for 20 days (because of Uni), and adults for 40 days. Do I have to change it for each sim or can I do a change that will just take effect in a blanket sort of way. Oh, and I'm techno-challenged, so can you explain it like you're telling a 3rd grader? Thanks.

Browse to the Neighborhood the sim is in (Plugins Neighborhood Browser)
Browse to your sim you want to edit (Plugins Sim Browser)
Double click the sim you want to edit the remaining days at age of
Change the Remaining Days (at this age) and click Commit and File/Save

See pic here.

You have to do it for each one. There might be a hack floating around that does everybody but I really can't keep up with all the hacks, they're spread out on several sights now though so have a look around or maybe someone knows for sure. I know someone was talking about making something but I don't remember it ever actually being done.
