I have spent some time trying to figure out how to determine turn ons and offs from the description created (Attraction TurnOns1, AttractionTurnOns2, and AttractionTurnOffs1 & 2) and I can't determine what the formula is. At first I thought it was a simple correlation such as 8=Black Hair, 4096=Hats, etc. But that has not turned out to be the case. Now it seems it might be additive (for example 68 = 64 + 4 which could be Underwear and Brown hair) but still it doesn't seem to always add up.

Is there enough data in these fields to determine what the turn-ons and offs are? If so, can anyone clue me in to the formula? Thanks in advance.

It is a "Bitflag".

That means, it is "additive", with those Values

1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 31, 64, 128, 256...
(When you write those values in Binary format, you would get 00000001, 00000010, 00000100, 00010000, 00010000, 00100000..., ao adding two of the together (i.e. 1+4=5) would give something like 00000101)

Anyway, I am not at my Developer machine, so I can't look up what those Numbers mean at the Moment. But the ListBoxes in SimPE are filled in ascending order.

That means the first item in the ListBox represents the value 1 (=2^0), the second one represents the value 2(=2^1), the third the value 4 (=2^2)...

Hope that did help a bit.

Thanks Quaxi. I still seem to be missing something.

Here is a Sim and the fields checked in SimPE as compared to the description downloaded from SimPE:

In SimPE:
Traits: Grey Hair
Turn Ons: Black Hair, Fitness
Turn Offs: Fatness

From the Description saved from SimPE:
Attraction Traits 1: 0
Attraction Traits 2: 32
Attraction TurnOns1: 8
Attraction TurnOffs1: 4
Attraction TurnOns2: 8
Attraction TurnOffs2: 0

So at first glance, the Attraction Traits 1 could correspond to the first Traits box which happens to Grey Hair. But what is then Attraction Traits 2? And why are TurnOns1 and TurnOns2 the same ( 8 )?

Thanks for any clarification.
