i downloaded a career and I decided to make some changes and corrections with SimPE's Bidou's Career Editor plug in that came with SimPE.  I changed the wages to my liking and fixed some errors with the chance cards.  The problem I ran into was in having my sim retire from this career the retirement pension is calculated according to the original wages not the wages I changed it to.  I didn't see any options in Bidou's career editor for pension so I'm wondering if there are any tutorials someone can lead me to so I can make the changes necessary.  

I have all EP's and most SP's except  celebration.  I have the latest version of SimPE including the updates for  Mansions and Gardens.

I don't know...There are lots of tutorials on Mod the Sims, and I suppose one might mention it. (Don't use site search. Go to the site, then use Google or one of the other search engines, telling it to confine results to this site.)

Out of curiosity, did you try putting the sim back into the career, (with a hack to get the former career level back) then retiring again?
