I've just started using SimPE for making new meshes (with a tutorial). I'm not too sure if it is actually a simPE issue or an issue with some custom content I downloaded at the same time but first it says that the game is set to disable the content and I clicked the option to enable the content. After this, when I try to load the neighborhood, the game crashes. Should I back up the neighborhood or just disable the custom content? (the custom content in question is some poses) Help would really be appreciated!

It's always nice to have a backup of your neighborhood anyway. If the neighborhood loads fine without CC, it's a CC problem. If it still has trouble, even with CC gone, there is another problem that needs tracking down.

Okay I meant to say should I restore the backup ^^' Well I tried running it without the content enables and after waiting or ages to see if it would load, it just ended up crashing... I'll try taking the CC out of my downloads folder then get back to you Edit: tried loading up another neighborhood and it worked, but the neighborhood I usually play in crashes when I try to load it, so it seems to be a problem with the neighborhood itself

I've been trying to think of something that doesn't suggest that the backup got corrupted. The fact that other neighborhoods load but this one doesn't does not sound promising.... You might want to ask for help at MTS. Mention that you have already tried with CC removed, because that is the first step in tracking down a problem.
