I was in the middle of trying to do a recolor, and I could not import the file. An error came up, saying "Out of Memory". And this is what the rest said, if you can make any sense out of it.
Message:
Out of memory.
SimPE Version:
0.38.1992.25179.

That version is several back, have you tried with the newest version?

I don't know if it's just me, but I find it hard to know when a new version is released. If I wasn't on the QA team and knew there was one coming up, I wouldn't know to look. Are new releases actually announced anywhere?

http://sims.ambertation.de/, on the right is quick note describing the New Version, and the release date.

http://sims.ambertation.de/newsindex.shtml, allways has the complete Release Notes

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?&group_id=133134, lists new Releases including the Release Date

In SimPE, use Help->Check For Updates, and SimPe will present you a message if a new Version is available.

Thanks, guys. I'll see if updating fixes the problem. Usually, I never get bugs so I update once in a while.
Edit: It did not fix the problem..
