| Heyyah. I am a HUGE Sims 2 fanatic, so you can imagine my dismay when I rebooted my pc (backed up my sims files by saving my neighbour hoods, saved sims etc.. to a memory stick) then installed all of Sims 2 again and moved them into the my documents..Sims 2 folder back to where they belong, that when I ran Sims 2 I had no neighbour hoods.. Not one. On the menu I can only select an option to make my own new neighbour hood. Please somebody offer some advice I am so confused :( xx |

| I think I've had this problem once. I had temporarily moved my hood from the neighborhoods folder, and when I put it back the game didn't show it. I got it working though, you could try this: 1. Move your hood(s) out of the neighborhood folder (just place them somehwere else) 2. Run the game without your custom hoods, then exit 3. Now place your hoods back in the neigborhood folder 4. And run the game again Simple as this sounds, this brought my hood back for me, I really hope it works for you as well! |
