| I've rebooted, tried on two computers, did a clean install of SimPe, read the FAQ's here in this forum. I don't see anything pertaining to this problem, and I'm out of options. Can you please help? Here's the message I get while trying to import an image file using the Import DDS tool:
Message:
Exception of type System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown.
SimPE Version:
Default (0.44.2046.26185).
Exception Stack:
System.OutOfMemoryException: Exception of type System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown. |

| Are you sure the image you are trying to import has the correct extension? I accidentally saved a psp file as a png, and tried to import and I got that error. When I resaved as a png it was fine. |

| Yes, it's a png file. I found a workaround, but it was sure frustrating for a while. |

| In that case you probably have the downloads Folder in your FileTable in Extra->Preferences. Remove it, and restart SimPE, after that it should be fine. |

| Apparently not. The only Downloads folder in there is the one with the CEP and I'm not sure if that's the one I should delete. |

| I am getting an Out of Memory error when trying to make scanned files healthy. If I pick more than 1 file at a time this occurs everytime after a file gcves another error. If I fix 1 file at a time it happens after about 15 files have been fixed. |

| I am also getting this message - every time I click on the scan folders option in the plugin menu. I have used this tool many times before without difficulty and then just yesterday I started getting an error message. The only thing I've done differently is move some files out of my downloads folder - shouldn't this reduce the memory needed? I'm very confused. |

| I first got this message while trying to fix the health of an object in my downloads folder. Now it does it each time I click on a different file to fix the health OR to make University ready. Help! |
