i know this is in the wrong place i think. but this was the place that i was. i know i need the microsoft. net framework version 1.1 redistributable package. but it wont download. it kicks out at 67 percent. so what should i do? [ please use words that i can understand]. i'll tell you y. cauz i forgot the first time. i'm mentally challenged. so in other words i'm slow at diffrant things.
