| can someone please help me? i have lloked thru the site and cant find the info i need. i went the neighbourhood/memories, clicked on the file and went to plugin view. i clicked on a sim (say mortimer), and i am assuming all the memory icons come up and its all straight forward? well on my screen, in the memories box, allit says is unknown, unknown, unknown..... please help me! i have spent six hours trying to figure it all out. where are all the indepth tuturials?? help me!!!!!!!!.... please............ |

| Have you check your Folder Settings in Extra->options? |
