How to... > stretchSkeleton in SimPE

In-game, we can stretch the selected Sims's skeleton by typing for example "stretchSkeleton 0.89" in the cheat console. Yet this only happens for until we exit the game or lot we are in.

How could I change the DNA permanatly in SimPE?
Please explain it as simply as possible as although I am smart, I'm not that smart ^_^'

I know I saw the instructions, but it was a long time ago. MTS might be a good spot to ask. Or ask at Crazy Town; I'm sure Trif remembers.
